1. Service scope

PhotoPolish provides AI-assisted photo analysis and AI-assisted photo improvement services, with possible manual curation.

2. Photo rights and user responsibility

You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. If a photo contains another identifiable person, you confirm that you have their permission to upload and process the image using this service.

You must not upload photos of individuals without their consent.

3. Prohibited content and moderation

You must not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes another person's rights.

We may refuse to process or remove content that violates these rules.

4. Data use and retention

We use uploaded photos only to provide the requested service, including analysis, generation, curation, and delivery.

For paid delivery flows, uploaded photos are deleted after results are delivered and are not stored permanently by us.

We may use trusted third-party providers (including AI, hosting, and payments) to operate the service.

5. Payments and outcomes

Purchases are one-time purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Results vary by input quality and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. The service is provided on a best-efforts basis.

Because this is custom digital work, refunds are generally not guaranteed once processing has started. Contact us for delivery issues.
